This role is ideal for a professional eager to grow in a dynamic fine dining environment, with a strong interest in pastry techniques, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Support the Pastry Chef and team in the preparation and presentation of desserts according to company standards
- Prepare ingredients, basic components, and recipes with accuracy and consistency
- Ensure proper mise en place to guarantee efficiency during service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations in the pastry section
- Properly store ingredients and assist with stock rotation following company procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service
About You
- Minimum one year of experience in a pastry kitchen or similar role
- Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and strong willingness to learn and improve
- Strong team spirit and good communication skills
- High attention to detail, precision, and respect for standards and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced fine dining environment
