Are you passionate about fine dining and creating unforgettable guest experiences? We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and support the smooth running of our restaurant, from dining room operations to guest relations.

What you'll do:

  • Lead & inspire the team – coordinate, supervise, and develop FOH staff
  • Deliver exceptional service – ensure every guest leaves delighted
  • Drive operational excellence – manage prep, closing, inventory, and hygiene
  • Handle guest relations – welcome, seat, and respond to feedback with professionalism
