At Langosteria, wine is an essential part of the experience. We’re looking for a Head Sommelier with deep expertise, refined taste, and a true passion for hospitality to curate, manage, and elevate our wine program while guiding guests through memorable pairings and discoveries. This role is ideal for a professional who blends technical wine knowledge with leadership, commercial awareness, and an exceptional sense of guest experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Curate, manage, and continuously develop the wine list in line with the brand identity.
  • Guide guests through wine selections and pairings, creating personalized experiences.
  • Lead and train the sommelier and service team on wine knowledge and service standards.
  • Manage wine purchasing, inventory, storage, and cost control.
  • Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager, Head Chef, and FOH team.
  • Ensure correct wine service, presentation, and cellar organization.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience as Wine Manager, Head Sommelier, or in a similar role within fine dining.
  • Strong knowledge of international wines, regions, and vintages.
  • Commercial awareness with attention to margins, stock, and performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Guest-oriented, elegant, and confident in high-end service environments.
