About Langosteria Group, in strong expansion, was founded in 2007 when CEO Enrico Buonocore opened the first restaurant in Milan's Via Savona: Langosteria. It quickly became a benchmark in Milan's dining scene, distinguished by its relentless pursuit of the highest quality ingredients. The Group currently operates 7 exclusive restaurants across Milan, Santa Margherita Ligure, Paris (Langosteria at Cheval Blanc), and St. Moritz, with the prestigious addition of Langosteria at the historic Raffles Hotel London at The OWO in the heart of Whitehall, London.

We are looking for a No. 2 CDP who brings professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for service to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests. This position is ideal for someone passionate about fine dining service, with strong product knowledge and a desire to elevate the guest experience through skilled presentation and interaction.
- Expertly present, fillet, and portion fish and seafood tableside with precision and finesse
- Ensure the fish display is impeccably presented, fresh, and aligned with Langosteria standards
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to coordinate timing and meet guest expectations
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and organisation within the fish station
- Contribute to creating a refined, engaging, and memorable dining experience
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the restaurant to ensure smooth operations
About You
- Minimum one year of experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality
- Good knowledge of service standards and restaurant operations
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
