We're looking for a Supervisor/Chef de rang who brings professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for service to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager and the Floor Manager in coordinating the dining room service.
  • Supervise and guide the service team to ensure efficiency, consistency, and elegance during service.
  • Ensure all service standards and procedures are followed.
  • Assist in welcoming guests and ensuring their needs are anticipated and met throughout the experience.
  • Monitor the preparation and organization of the dining room mise en place.
  • Handle guest requests and support the team in managing service challenges when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality.
  • Knowledge of service etiquette and restaurant operations.
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
  • Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced dining environment.
