Langley Trust is looking for an experienced and motivated Housing and Registered Care Manager to lead our Wakefield team.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 37 hours per week, offering a salary of £44,585 per annum.

Lead, supervise and develop a strong staff team through effective recruitment, appraisal, pastoral support, fair rotas and regular team communication.
Ensure clients receive safe, respectful and person-centred care and support, with outcomes managed effectively through case management systems and care plans.
Build strong partnerships with churches, faith communities, local authorities, probation, police, prisons and other agencies to support referrals, risk management and move-on opportunities.
Manage service quality, compliance, occupancy, budgets, buildings, payments and reporting in line with contractual, regulatory and statutory requirements.
ABOUT YOU Faith-led and values-driven, you are a practising Christian with a strong understanding of Christian doctrine and a commitment to leading teams in line with Langley Trust's mission, values, and culture.
Qualified and knowledgeable, you hold (or are working towards) a QCF Level 5 qualification in Health
