Lead the staff team to support clients, including clients who are managed under MAPPA arrangements through the development and implementation of tailored individual plans to progress toward independent crime free living. Work with, supervise and support clients and monitor the behaviour of clients and to ensure compliance with any statutory order including MAPPA expectations, occupancy agreement or house rules.. Ensure that the Trust buildings you manage are maintained to a safe and habitable standard and that all defects and repairs are reported. Lead in the assessment and management of risk including the operation of physical and situational security measures to control the level of risk posed to the public, staff and others in relation to the referral and letting of properties. ABOUT YOU Faith-led and values-driven, you are a practising Christian with a strong understanding of Christian doctrine and a commitment to leading teams in line with Langley Trust's mission, values, and culture. Qualified and knowledgeable, you hold (or are working towards) Housing or related qualification at QCF Level 5 or above or commitment to work towards this with relevant experience, with up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practice including Homes and Communities Agency,Health & Safety, and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion. An experienced and inspiring leader, you have a proven track record of managing teams, budgets, and complex client groups, with the communication, planning, and relationship-building skills needed to drive positive change and deliver outstanding outcomes. The successful candidate will be a practicing Christian who will create an environment where people feel valued, empowered and equipped to do their best work. This person will play a full part to further the organisational aims and provide strong Christian leadership to allow Langley to be a leader within the different sectors in which it operates.
