KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide keywork support to clients under MAPPA arrangements, building positive, prosocial relationships and helping individuals achieve agreed outcomes.
- Manage risk and safety through assessment, monitoring behaviour, de-escalation, and ensuring compliance with statutory orders, house rules and occupancy agreements.
- Maintain accurate client records by fully utilising the Trust's Client File, managing medication in line with policy, and ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Promote participation and involvement by engaging clients in the life of the project, facilitating client meetings, supporting involvement, and managing complaints.
- Work collaboratively as part of the team, contributing to team meetings, supporting referrals, arrivals and departures, and providing advice, guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
