Langley is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and motivated Night Support Worker to join our friendly and dedicated team in Taunton. This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, where you'll play a meaningful role in supporting our clients and contributing to our mission. This will be 3 x 12.5 hour shifts and will include some weekend work. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,592 per annum (+ a market premium of £2,559 per annum), recognising the value and impact of your work.

About the Role
- Provide keywork support (including acting as Key Worker where required), maintaining accurate client records and using the Trust Client File to review progress and promote independence.
- Contribute to a safe, well-run service by following medication procedures, supporting participation and client meetings/involvement (including complaints), supporting prospective/former residents, maintaining safe/tidy environments, and participating in rotas and team meetings.
- Provide personal care as identified in care plans (including supporting with hygiene, dressing, continence care, mobility/moving and handling, and supporting access to health and social care professionals) and keep health-related records and care plans up to date.
- Assess and manage risk and challenging behaviour, using client knowledge, planning and de-escalation, and maintain service security and situational/physical safety measures, liaising with relevant stakeholders as needed.
