We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and motivated Property Maintenance Operative to support our services across the Northern region, including Bradford, Wakefield, Bury and Rochdale.

This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, offering a competitive salary of £25,593 per annum, where you will play a key role in ensuring our properties remain safe, welcoming and fit for purpose for the people we support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out a range of low-level maintenance tasks including painting, basic carpentry, minor plumbing, carpet cleaning, gardening, and general caretaker duties.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, undertake routine property checks, and report issues requiring specialist contractors.
  • Prepare properties for new clients by completing cleaning, minor repairs, and decorative works to required standards.
  • Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety requirements and Langley Trust policies, maintaining accurate records of tasks and materials.
  • Work collaboratively with service managers and internal teams, prioritising urgent repairs and representing the Trust professionally when required.
