Langley Trust has an exciting opportunity for a reliable, conscientious and detail-focused Cleaner to join our welcoming team in Taunton . In this permanent part-time role, working 16 hours per week , you'll play a vital part in creating a clean, safe and comfortable environment for the people we support. In return, you'll receive a salary of 10,639 per annum .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cleaning the Service following a weekly and monthly routine as per the Service Managers instructions
  • Checking empty bedrooms on a weekly basis to run the water/flush and record hot water temperatures
  • Keeping linen cupboards and airing cupboards well stocked and tidy
  • Checking bathrooms are kept clean and hygienic daily
  • Seeking to promote high standards to comply with all relevant legislation and regulations by bringing to the attention of the Housing Services Manager or Deputy Service Manager any problems discovered whilst undertaking checks and any damage to property or dcor, etc.

Please note that the successful candidate will need to be happy to adapt to change and flexible in their duties. No one day will be the same so the ability to refocus frequently is important.
