Langley has a fantastic opportunity for 3 Night Support Workers. The ideal candidates will be organised, creative, and client focussed with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our busy and friendly team in Bexley Heath. 2 of these roles are permanent full time roles and 1 is a 12 month fixed term contract full time role. All 3 roles are working 37.5 hours per week.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £24,728 per annum (plus £4,148 London Weighting).

- Perform individual personal care tasks, including washing, showering and toileting, medication administration and promoting independence.
- Write care plans and ensure these are followed and handed over to all staff, take an active part in hand over and report any concerns to the Management Team.
- De-escalate and manage stressful situations in a calm manner.
- Regularly fully utilise the Trust ‘Client File’ with designated clients to ensure that they are supported and empowered to achieve appropriate outcomes.
- Provide support and guidance to other Support Workers to assist them in the safe delivery of the service and to support client engagement.
