Langley has a fantastic opportunity for an organised, creative, and client focussed Night Support Worker with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our busy and friendly team in Bury . This role is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £23,222 per annum .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform individual personal care tasks, including washing, showering and toileting, medication administration and promoting independence.
• Write care plans and ensure these are followed and handed over to all staff, take an active part in hand over and report any concerns to the Management
Team.
• De-escalate and manage stressful situations in a calm manner.
• Regularly fully utilise the Trust 'Client File' with designated clients to ensure that they are supported and empowered to achieve appropriate outcomes.
• Provide support and guidance to other Support Workers to assist them in the safe delivery of the service and to support client engagement.
