Lead with Compassion Make a Real Impact at Langley! Langley House Trust is seeking a committed and creative Care Team Leader to join our supportive team in Cheltenham. This is a full-time, permanent position offering 40 hours per week, 12.5 hour shifts (including weekends), and a competitive salary of £31,588 per annum. This role will include being part of the on call rota.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting the on-site management team in supervising all care staff and monitoring the care given to our clients.
- Spend time with clients and monitor service standards.
- Conduct regular key working sessions with allocated clients and enable them to participate fully in the life of the service, including clients meetings.
- Helping clients achieve the aims of their support plan.
- To maintain a clear and calm manner whilst managing client risk through assessment, planning, client knowledge and de-escalation as required.
- Helping induct, train, and supervise colleagues and junior members of staff in all aspects of their work in the Home.
- Writing, updating, and maintaining clients' Care Plans.
- Completion of documentation, referrals and returns where necessary.
- Liaising with necessary internal / external stakeholders, specialist and agencies keeping them up to date with progress of applications / referrals.
