Support change and be part of Langley’s mission! Langley Trust is looking for a dedicated Approved Premises Residential Night Support Worker to join our friendly team in Poole, Dorset. This full-time, permanent role involves working 37.5 hours per week over three 12.5-hour shifts across a 7 day rota, offering a competitive salary of £26,936 per annum.

In this vital position, you’ll provide support to residents, maintain a safe and secure environment, and work closely with probation services to help clients reintegrate into the community. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Model pro-social behaviour and maintain a respectful, positive culture with clients and colleagues.
  • Engage actively with clients, including preparing meals and creating opportunities for interaction.
  • Support sentence plan delivery in collaboration with probation, police, and other agencies.
  • Provide administrative and activity support, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
  • Monitor compliance and enforce protocols, including drug/alcohol testing, curfews, and emergency response (Naloxone and First Aid).
  • Maintain safety and security through observation, CCTV, inspections, and hygiene checks, while keeping all stakeholders informed.
