Join Langley and make a real difference every day. We have an exciting opportunity for 4 organised, creative and client-focused Support Workers to join our busy and friendly team in Gillingham. We are recruiting for 2 full-time permanent positions and 2 full-time 12-month fixed-term contract roles, working 37.5 hours per week across 3 x 12.5-hour shifts. Successful candidates will receive a salary of £25,592 per annum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide keywork support (including acting as Key Worker where required), maintaining accurate client records and using the Langley Client File to review progress and promote independence.
- Contribute to a safe, well-run service by following medication procedures, supporting participation and client meetings/involvement (including complaints), supporting prospective/former residents, maintaining safe/tidy environments, and participating in rotas and team meetings.
- Provide personal care as identified in care plans (including supporting with hygiene, dressing, continence care, mobility/moving and handling, and supporting access to health and social care professionals) and keep health-related records and care plans up to date.
- Assess and manage risk and challenging behaviour by using planning, de-escalation, and knowledge of our clients. Maintain service security and situational/physical safety measures, liaising with relevant stakeholders as needed.
