Are you a caring, client-focused professional with a passion for leading and supporting teams? At Langley, we are looking for a dedicated Night Care Team Leader based in Gillingham, who can combine compassion with strong leadership skills to ensure exceptional care standards. In this pivotal role, you will guide and support our team while creating a safe, nurturing environment where every client feels valued and respected.
This role is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £31,588 per annum. There will also be a requirement to participate in the on-call rota.

- Assisting the on-site management team in supervising all care staff and monitoring the care given to our clients.
- Spend time with clients and monitor service standards.
- Conduct regular key working sessions with allocated clients and enable them to participate fully in the life of the service, including clients meetings.
- Helping clients achieve the aims of their support plan.
- To maintain a clear and calm manner whilst managing client risk through assessment, planning, client knowledge and de-escalation as required.
- Helping induct, train, and supervise colleagues and junior members of staff in all aspects of their work in the Home.
- Writing, updating, and maintaining clients' Care Plans.
- Completion of documentation, referrals and returns where necessary.
- Liaising with necessary internal/external stakeholders, specialists and agencies keeping them up to date with progress of applications/referrals.
