Where your expertise adds value, and your values make an impact. We’re excited to welcome a Financial Accountant to our Finance team at our Central Services Office in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a hybrid role, working at least 2 days a week from our Coventry office, with the remainder from home. This is a permanent, full‑time role (37 hours per week) offering a competitive salary of £46,887 per annum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Trust’s year‑end statutory reporting process, ensuring full compliance with SORP and current accounting standards.
- Act as the main contact for external auditors, managing all queries and delivering accurate year‑end information.
- Strengthen financial integrity by overseeing internal controls, balance sheet reconciliations, and ledger accuracy.
- Monitor cash flow, support arrears management, and work with teams across the Trust—including Property and People—to maintain key financial operations.
- Drive continuous improvement by completing monthly journals, enhancing finance processes, and supporting financial training across the organisation.
