Langley has a fantastic opportunity for an organised, client focussed, and results-driven Contracts Manager with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our busy and friendly team at HMP Fosse Way. This role is a permanent full-time position, working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £37,711 per annum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership to the staff team and support the needs of the service users, in line with our Christian Mission and Values, legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Manage a stable and effective service within the prison by the efficient delivery of day-to-day services; within set budgets and to the agreed levels of quality as defined within the Langley Trust Business Plan, Quality Assurance Strategy, Key Performance Indicators and external contract requirements.
- Maintain and develop a Christ centred culture, values and reputation and demonstrate strategic Christian leadership by creating an environment that fosters teamwork, promotes diversity and supports all Stakeholders.
- Establish and manage the referral process to achieve agreed objectives in line with contractual agreements and key performance indicators.
- Liaise with the main contractor, the National Probation Service, HMPPS, Prisons and other agencies in the assessment, selection and service delivery to achieve compliance with contractual requirements.
- Ensure that clients are supported and empowered to achieve appropriate outcomes through good quality support and the best use of Case Management systems.
- Uphold the Trust's Christian ethos and Christ-like culture, aligned with our Christian Identity.
