Lead with Compassion Make a Real Impact at Langley! Langley House Trust is seeking a committed and creative Care Team Leader to join our supportive team in Cheltenham . This is a full-time, permanent position offering 40 hours per week, 12.5 hour shifts (including weekends), and a competitive salary of Β£31,588 per annum . This role will include being part of the on call rota. In this leadership role, you\’ll guide and support a dedicated care team, ensuring high-quality, client-focused care. Spend time with clients and monitor service standards. Conduct regular key working sessions with allocated clients and enable them to participate fully in the life of the service, including clients meetings.Helping clients achieve the aims of their support plan. To maintain a clear and calm manner whilst managing client risk through assessment, planning, client knowledge and de-escalation as required Helping induct, train, and supervise colleagues and junior members of staff in all aspects of their work in the Home. Writing, updating, and maintaining clients\’ Care Plans Completion of documentation, referrals and returns where necessary Liaising with necessary internal / external stakeholders, specialist and agencies keeping them up to date with progress of applications / referrals.
