Residential Day Support Worker
to join our friendly and dedicated team in Poole.
This is a permanent, full-time position working
37.5 hours per week , where you'll play a meaningful role in supporting our clients and contributing to our mission.
This will be 3 x 12.5 hour shifts and will include some weekend work.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of
£27,879 , recognising the value and impact of your work.

Deliver programmes and key work sessions that promote reintegration and personal development within the premises.
Manage risk effectively by contributing to risk plans, monitoring compliance, and sharing updates at professional meetings.
Maintain daily operations including client entry/exit, record-keeping, and adherence to data protection and confidentiality standards.
Promote positive behaviour and compliance with rules and licence conditions, using pro-social modelling and fair enforcement.
Safeguard wellbeing and safety through referrals, mandatory testing, medication procedures, emergency response, and liaison with agencies.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to build professional, respectful relationships.
Calm and resilient under pressure, able to de-escalate situations and respond appropriately to risk.
A professional, non-judgemental attitude, always maintaining boundaries and confidentiality.
Willingness to complete additional training as required by the needs of the service.
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and unsociable hours as part of a rota.
