Where leadership meets impact. Langley Trust is looking for an experienced and people-focused Housing Services Manager to join our dedicated team in the Bradford area. You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, thriving in a dynamic environment. This permanent, full-time position (37 hours per week) offers a salary of £44,585 per annum, alongside the opportunity to be part of life-changing work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team to support clients to achieve independent living and crime-free lives.
- Manage the delivery of a housing service in line with our Group Mission and Values.
- Assist in the provision of an efficient and effective service to support client engagement through the delivery of day-to-day services within the Project and the community to clients who are managed under MAPPA arrangements, accommodated via our Ministry of Justice contract.
- Manage and develop a staff team by recruiting high-quality staff in conjunction with the Deputy Housing Manager, Regional Manager and the HR Business Partner.
- Develop and support staff in understanding and carrying out their roles, ensuring the staffing structure and levels meet the need of the service.
- Provide Christian pastoral support and ensure that pastoral needs are being met.
- Empower clients within housing law and equip them with the necessary life skills to maintain a tenancy independently when moving on from the Trust services.
- Assess needs, action plan, and implement appropriate risk management planning using multi-agency approaches.
- Create an environment where people feel valued, empowered, and equipped to do their best work.
- Uphold the Trust's Christian ethos and Christ-like culture.
