Langley is seeking a passionate and organised Relief Cook to join our friendly team at the House of St Martin. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by preparing nutritious, well-balanced meals and supporting the smooth running of our kitchen. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of hygiene and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently.
This role is a relief position where the hours will be as and when required, including sometimes weekend work, on a 0-hours contract. The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate of £13.42 per hour as well as other great BENEFITS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, cook and serve healthy, tasty meals for the clients
- Keep our kitchen clean and safe
- Plan menus with input from service users
- Manage stock and liaise with suppliers where necessary
- Promoting high standards and complying with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Carrying out food and fridge temperature checks, and recording as necessary
- Interacting with our service users daily

A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check is required for this role and job offers will be subject to the Trust receiving satisfactory evidence of the successful applicant's right to work in the UK.
