In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering sourcing strategies that protect business value and drive long-term growth. You will manage major agreements with key suppliers, analyse spending patterns to identify savings opportunities, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Working across Europe and the US, you will monitor industry trends, manage risks, and ensure our client's contact centre operations remain competitive and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver sourcing strategies for contact centre services using industry knowledge and global reach.
- Manage major supplier agreements to align with long-term business goals and performance objectives.
- Analyse spending data to identify cost savings opportunities and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Proven procurement experience in business process outsourcing, ideally within customer experience categories.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver sourcing strategies in global organisations.
- Confident negotiation skills on complex commercial, service and contract matters.
- Strong supplier relationship management experience and proven track record.
- Driven mindset focused on achieving cost savings and improving supplier performance.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple regions and time zones.
