Our client, a prominent international law firm, is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join their team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to play a key role in delivering sourcing projects across Facilities Management, Real Estate, Travel, and Marketing categories.

Position Overview

As the Procurement Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to successfully deliver sourcing projects in Facilities Management, Travel, and Marketing categories. Your expertise will be crucial in driving value through cost reduction and service improvements while managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with negotiated agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain category plans for Facilities Management, Real Estate, Travel, and Marketing
  • Assist Contract Managers and Service Owners in transitioning to new agreements
  • Drive value through cost reduction and service improvements
  • Manage risks associated with suppliers and ensure compliance with negotiated agreements
  • Train non-procurement stakeholders on best practices and build strong internal relationships

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in sourcing roles related to Facilities Management, Real Estate, Travel, or Marketing
  • Experience negotiating multi-million GBP outsourcing contracts
  • Strong negotiating, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • Degree or higher qualification (desirable)
  • CIPS professional qualification (desirable)
  • Experience in a professional services or large-scale corporate environment (preferred)
