This role sits at the heart of how their client sources professional services globally. You will manage complex sourcing projects, lead supplier evaluations, and negotiate contracts that align with the organisation's commitment to sustainability and responsible business practice. Your work will directly support the company's growth and its mission to deliver remarkable outcomes for clients and communities.
You will collaborate closely with Legal and Finance teams to ensure all agreements embed risk mitigation, data security and ESG principles from the outset.
Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end sourcing projects, from initial requirements through to contract execution and supplier onboarding.
- Lead supplier evaluations and conduct strategic negotiations to secure value and build long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and external partners across multiple regions.
- Conduct thorough contract reviews and risk assessments, including GDPR and data security considerations.
- Embed sustainability and ESG principles into procurement strategy and supplier selection decisions.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to execute agreements and support global procurement initiatives.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage contract variations to ensure continued alignment with organisational objectives.
- Proven experience in professional services procurement, ideally within a multi-regional matrix environment.
- Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, supplier management and risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all organisational levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage complex, multi-strand projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of GDPR, data security and compliance requirements in procurement.
- Familiarity with sustainability and ESG principles in sourcing and supplier management.
- A degree or professional qualification such as MCIPS (desirable but not essential).
