PatternBuilder Document Automation Specialist with hands-on expertise in NetDocuments PatternBuilder (or Afterpattern) for a 6-month contract paying either £350 per day or £90,000 pro-rata. It can be highly hybrid working with occasional on-prem office events; they are based at London Bridge Station. The company is in the legal industry for high-net-worth individuals; this is a small, high-profile user base.
In this role, you will act as our primary specialist for PatternBuilder document assembly and workflow automation, taking ownership of existing PatternBuilder apps and building out critical legal workflows. This position offers high working flexibility, allowing for a predominantly remote setup with minimal required travel to the London office.
Key Responsibilities
- Workflow & Document Automation: Design, build, test, and maintain dynamic document assembly templates and guided intake forms using NetDocuments PatternBuilder.
- Logic & Data Modelling: Implement complex conditional logic, data tables, calculations, and loops to streamline document creation.
- System Maintenance: Ensure seamless integration between PatternBuilder, Word templates, and our NetDocuments workspace environment.
- User Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the technical point of contact for internal teams to resolve app issues and update existing automated templates.
