Support Engineer required by one of the UK's leading design practices based near Farringdon Station, Central London paying up to £40k working Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of this role, it will be based onsite. This is an excellent opportunity for a 2nd Line Engineer who wants to progress their career in a well-established organisation that truly values its staff.
You will be the first point of contact for all face-to-face and remote end user issues for over 100 users, be responsible for resolving issues, identify opportunities for improvement, manage staff accounts, and carry out IT inductions for new starters.
It is essential all applicants have experience supporting:
- Windows O365 Admin
- AutoCAD Software (ideally Autodesk Rhino)
- Adobe Creative Cloud (highly advantageous)
Along with having experience of the above you must also have solid experience with the following:
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Networking including WAN/LAN/DNS
- VMware and HyperV
- AV Set up skills
