A dynamic Managed Service Provider (MSP) looking for a proactive, sharp Service Desk Engineer to support our portfolio of small businesses and High-Net-Worth families (up to 70 users). This is a highly hybrid role. When you aren't visiting clients face-to-face, you will be fully home-based. Because their clients are based throughout London, you simply need to live within easy, reliable commuting distance of London to handle occasional on-site visits with ease. We operate in a true dual-ecosystem environment, so we are looking for someone who is just as comfortable administering Google Workspace as they are with Microsoft 365. If you thrive in a fast-paced MSP environment, love a mix of Mac and Windows, and bring a VIP touch to user support, we want to talk.
