Service Desk Contractor to cover holiday absence in a Tech Start up in Covent Garden who have 50 users to start on Monday. The client operates on Google Workspace and Macs with some PCs.
We are looking for someone who is just as comfortable administering Google Workspace and macOS as they are supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows and AV Setups for conferences and meetings.
What You'll Be Doing
- Seamless Client Support: Act as the face of the service desk, providing exceptional 2nd line troubleshooting across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.
