About the Role
As an IT Service Desk Engineer, you will be a first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests. You will take ownership from triage through to resolution, across a hybrid Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory and Windows 11 environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Triaging, prioritising and resolving incidents and service requests in line with agreed SLAs.
Supporting Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint, plus user
