The Role
As the IT Assistant, you will be the friendly first point of contact for all technical queries. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Providing hands-on Helpdesk support for the full Microsoft 365 suite and remote systems.
- Managing device compliance and deployments using Intune and Apple Business Manager.
- Administering user identities and security permissions via Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD).
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues across Windows 11, Mac OS, and iOS devices.
- Supporting the IT Manager with device procurement, patching, and Cyber Essentials compliance.
