IT Field Technician to be able to cover the
Sutton, Mitcham and Tadworth area of South East of London paying upto 32k + excellent benefits. You must be able to drive a vehicle that will be supplied An established public sector organisation is looking for an IT Field Technician to support three sites across Sutton, Mitcham and Tadworth. This is a hands on, site based role. You will be the friendly, reliable face of IT for staff at each location, keeping their technology running so they can focus on their work. The role You will install, maintain and fix hardware and software across offices and shared spaces. When problems come up, you will troubleshoot, diagnose and get people back up and running quickly. You will split your time between the three sites, so every day brings variety and a chance to see the difference your support makes. What you need At least one year's experience in an IT support role. A full UK driving licence and your own transport, as you must be able to travel between Sutton (SM2), Mitcham (CR4) and Tadworth (KT20). Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office applications, basic networking, and hardware and software support. iPad support experience is a bonus but not essential. What you get Salary of £25,000 to £32,000 depending on experience. 35 days holiday including bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell leave.
