Trainer of IT Applications to join a growing professional services organisation based in Bury St Edmunds. This IT Application Trainer role will appeal to someone who enjoys training, supporting users, and helping businesses get the very best from their systems and technology. This is a role with real visibility and purpose. You will play a key part in how systems are adopted across the firm, working closely with users, shaping training approaches, and contributing to firm-wide projects.

As an IT Applications Trainer, you will sit within the Business Solutions function, working closely with the Product Team to design and deliver effective blended learning solutions for all in-house systems. You will maintain training materials and resources, manage the Business Solutions Training Hub, advertise and coordinate training sessions, and deliver both group and 1-to-1 training tailored to user needs. Alongside this, you will provide second-line business systems support, working with the IT Helpdesk supplier and visiting offices to support users face-to-face when required. You will also contribute to firm-wide projects, supporting system rollouts, change initiatives, and ongoing improvements.
This role has been created as part of continued growth and a strong focus on improving how systems are used, understood, and embedded across the business. If you are a Product Trainer who enjoys working with people, delivering engaging training, and making systems genuinely usable, this is an opportunity to move quickly on.
