Responsibilities
- Oversee all IT and technology operations within the company
- Provide day-to-day end-user support
- Manage the integration of various applications such as Sage 200 and logistics software
- Take control of application vendors to align technology with business processes
- Ensure the efficient running of technology infrastructure and related services
- Lead technical projects that enhance company operations and efficiencies
- Report directly to the Operations Manager regarding IT matters
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Maintain and optimize existing IT systems, including VoIP and external AV/CCTV setups
