Offering a £35,000 base salary plus full, funded Salesforce training and official accreditation, this permanent role is designed specifically for someone with 1+ years of experience in IT Support or Application Support who wants to step away from broad IT firefighting and retrain into a highly valued Salesforce Specialist.

Working directly as the sole assistant to the IT Manager, you will inherit a modern cloud infrastructure for 120 users across 5 locations.
Because the core network and desktop environments are fully managed by an external Managed Service Provider (MSP), standard IT troubleshooting is minimal and will only take up about 30% of your time.
