What You\’ll Be Doing
Monitor and maintain high-quality customer data across multiple systems (e.g. CRM, Helpdesk, internal databases)
Use SQL confidently to analyse, check, and cleanse data
Leverage Oracle database experience (if you have it – it\’s a bonus!)
Work with stakeholders from Automation, Data, eCommerce, and Support to understand how customer data is used and where it needs improving
Identify gaps in data – such as duplicates, missing entries, or inconsistencies – and recommend practical fixes
Map and document customer data flows from order through to support
Help produce simple reports using Excel or Google Analytics
Keep internal records, data maps, and workflow documents up to date
Support ongoing continuous improvement across the business by contributing to smarter, cleaner processes

Essential Skills & Experience:
Involved data coordination or CRM support
Comfortable using Excel, SQL, and CRMs
Organised, detail-focused, and confident working across departments
Clear communicator with a strong sense of ownership
