IT Desktop Engineer, Contract, £200pd, Intune- Crewe

Overview

Helpdesk Support Engineer (Contract) position near Crewe, salary up to £200pd. You will be part of the centralised IT Department supporting several divisions and brands of a Plc. You will be responsible for BAU support as well as taking lead in a hardware deployment project. You will work closely with the IT Manager to decommission hardware, troubleshoot, re-image devices and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with laptop roll-out for office users and remote
• Imaging laptops to Windows 11 OS via Autopilot
• Scheduling deployment of laptops with end users
• Assisting users with profile setup on laptop and restoring data
• Updating asset management system
• Provide basic IT tasks within their offices

Experience / Qualifications

• Experience of MS Intune and Autopilot
• Experience of Windows 10 and 11
• Experience of working with end users
• Good communications skills
• Basic desktop support experience
• IT Troubleshooting skills
• Diagnostic and resolution skills
