The Role
As the Project Manager, your primary mission is to keep complex initiatives on track. You will be:
- Leading and managing IT projects from initial concept through to successful implementation.
- Utilising your Business Analysis skills to elicit, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders.
- Acting as a senior escalation point for IT operations, ensuring high performance and user satisfaction.
