About the Role As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will provide deskside, one-to-one support to users, working across the same core technology environment as the wider IT team: Azure (Entra ID), Microsoft Intune, M365 Admin, and general infrastructure support.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Providing hands-on, face-to-face deskside support, resolving issues directly with users rather than solely via ticket or remote tools.

Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues across a Windows and M365 environment.

Supporting Azure, Intune and M365 administration alongside the wider infrastructure team.

Escalating complex issues appropriately while building strong working relationships across the business.
