Support Engineer Contractor to join the Head Office of a company based just outside of Crewe, Cheshire East, must have own transport to access, minimal public transport access it is based on site paying upto £200 per day. This is an on-site role, Monday to Friday, providing essential user BAU support It is inside IR35 The Role: As a key member of the IT team, you\’ll be the first point of contact for all face-to-face and remote end-user issues. Your responsibilities will include: Providing comprehensive 2nd line support, resolving a wide range of technical issues. Identifying opportunities for IT process improvements and efficiency gains. Managing staff accounts and access permissions. Conducting IT inductions for all new starters.About You: Ideally, you\’ll bring at least 3 years of experience in a similar support role. We\’re looking for someone with: Excellent user-facing skills and a strong customer service approachDesirable Technical Experience: Microsoft Windows (client and server environments) Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) & Active Directory Office 365 administration and support Networking essentials: WAN/LAN/DNSIf you\’re a proactive 2nd Line Engineer with a passion for creative environments, we\’d love to hear from you!
