Support Technician Junior with Mac & Windows support skills (Jamf and Intune preferred but will train) up to 32k required by a global digital advertising agency based in their London office, near Old Street station. The award-winning company promotes some of the world's most recognised brands and is seeking a pro-active IT Support Technician to champion IT support to their offices throughout Europe, America, and the Far East.
We're looking for someone with a "can-do, will-do" attitude - someone who says, "I want to help" and "I'll own and solve this problem." Technical skills in this role can be taught, but a proactive, solution-oriented mindset makes all the difference. We're also after a true people person - someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with others and brings positive energy to every in-person interaction.
The role is predominantly office-based, with the possibility of working remotely on some Fridays. You will be the person on the ground, in their office assisting the 50 UK-based users. Many tasks include setting up users, assisting with AV meeting rooms, onboarding and offboarding users, and also assisting users in Berlin.
They have a 70/30 split on Macs to PCs. You will be part of a global IT department, with colleagues based in mainland Europe and New York. There is a certain amount of autonomy to the role, and they are looking for someone to be proactive and bring ideas to the table.
