This isn\'t your average 1st/2nd line support role. We\'re looking for a proactive, on-site Service Desk Engineer to be the front line of the IT support. This role is a mix of day-to-day support, escalating tricky issues, and hands-on hardware troubleshooting. If you thrive in a fast-paced MSP environment and have a knack for solving problems before they become crises, we want to talk.
What You\'ll Be Doing
- First Point of Contact: You\'ll be the go-to person for our end users, providing 1st and 2nd line support for everything from Windows and macOS to mobile platforms.
- Support Maestro: You\'ll manage incidents and requests using Autotask PSA and Datto RMM, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Cloud & Identity: You\'ll support and administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and identity solutions like Okta and Azure AD.
- Security & Networking: You\'ll troubleshoot and support endpoint security with tools like Bitdefender, Ironscales, and Mimecast, plus handle VPN access and Wi-Fi issues.
- Device Management: You\'ll be a pro at remote and deskside support, including device imaging, setup, and troubleshooting for both Apple (Jamf, Kandji) and Windows (Intune) devices.
- Documentation Guru: You\'ll contribute to our IT knowledge base on IT Glue and Confluence, making sure our solutions are well-documented for the whole team.
