Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT equipment and telephone systems, including iPhones, Windows PCs, conferencing software, and vendor selection.
- Provide day‑to‑day IT support, password resets, user training, and complete server changes single‑handedly.
- Assist the CIO with VIP support.
- Champion AI and automation initiatives while respecting existing setups and ensuring diplomatic engagement with users.
Skills Required:
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10, Apple devices, Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Mimecast, MDM, Bloomberg, Fidessa, Zoom Webinars, Box, and CyberArk.
- Experience in server administration, user training, and technical support.
- Comfortable with vendor interactions and telecommunications systems.
- Excellent communication and diplomatic skills.
