Senior Service Desk Analyst required by a prestigious Global Financial Organisation at their UK Headquarters based near Charing Cross station. This role offers a salary up to £55,000 plus a significant discretionary bonus and an elite benefits package. You will join a top 100 firm managing a massive global asset portfolio, providing high-level support for 300 London-based users and an additional 1,000 staff across the EMEA region.
This is a premier opportunity for an experienced Senior Service Desk Analyst to join a fast-paced, corporate, yet friendly environment during a period of significant global expansion. You will benefit from a highly attractive shift pattern following your probation, including an early 7am - 3.30pm finish, alongside a 9am - 5pm and a 10.30am - 7pm rotation.

As the Senior Service Desk Analyst, you will take a lead role in providing proactive support for the IT infrastructure. Your day-to-day will involve high-level administration of Active Directory, Entra, and M365, alongside the deployment of Windows PCs and Servers. You will act as a key driver for technical projects, including infrastructure upgrades and server configurations, while utilizing ServiceNow and PowerShell to automate tasks and minimize business interruption.
