IT Business Partner required near Crewe, preferably with transport, logistics, or warehousing industry and ERP (SAP) experience, to be the lynchpin between the business and Technology for this division/brand of a larger Plc. As the IT Business Partner, you will liaise with the business stakeholders and the Managed Service Providers, Centralised BAU IT Department, and ERP Application Vendors. The role is predominantly office-based (Hybrid 2 days remote), as you will be the face of the IT Department.

Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to align IT strategy with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all business departments.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Drive the successful upgrade/migration of an ERP system.
- Oversee IT projects from initiation through to delivery and post-implementation review.
- Act as IT owner for key business applications, overseeing support and development.
- Drive efficient and effective IT service delivery.
- Identify and champion opportunities for technological innovation.
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
- Track and report on IT service performance and project outcomes.
- IT and business operations, especially in logistics environments.
- Leading significant technology change programmes involving ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
- Ensure IT systems align with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and address IT needs.
- Maintain a strong focus on security and compliance.
- Proven experience as an IT leader in a transport, logistics, or warehousing environment.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation.
