The Role

As the Infrastructure Manager, you will report directly to the Head of IT Ops, taking ownership of the head office and hosted hybrid estate. You will lead a team of three senior engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing Microsoft Azure, M365, and SaaS platforms, while ensuring the network (Palo Alto, Meraki) and virtualisation layers (Hyper-V) remain robust. You will be the bridge between technical delivery and senior stakeholder engagement, ensuring all infrastructure is stable, scalable, and resilient.
