Support Engineer required to give Technical Support including HelpDesk by a prestigious company with several sites spread across Central London. The role will be based in the City HQ offices at Fenchurch Street. You will need good Office 365, Windows 11, understand VoIP connectivity and have great communication skills. They are paying for the right IT Support Technician up to 35k + Excellent benefits.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and assistance to users at all levels, including Board level users.
- Set up users and hardware, carry out daily Server and Network maintenance.
- Work closely with the Head of IT, carry out onboarding, and get involved in small and medium‑size projects.
- Serve as the face of IT within the company.
