We are seeking a systems architect to lead the e-commerce engine and ERP integrations for a prestigious brand with a national retail presence.
This is a rare opportunity to lead the digital evolution of a prestigious brand that is currently investing heavily in its internal systems. It is not a front-end design role; it is a high-level position for a leader to own the back-end engine room of a high-volume retailer.
You will modernise a leading-edge stack including Loop, Shopify, Brightpearl, and Peoplevox, ensuring seamless connectivity between sales and operations. If you are a technical leader who enjoys the complexity of integrating new warehouse systems and 3PLs to drive global growth, this role offers strategic influence and technical ownership.
The company is upgrading its systems infrastructure to support a global, multi-omnichannel environment, remaining stable yet fast-growing, and valuing data integrity and premium customer experience across all touchpoints.
As Head of IT & Systems, you will be the architect of the back-end ecosystem. While front-end developers manage the website's look, you will ensure the seamless plumbing of the business. This involves managing the deep integration between Shopify, ERP systems, and warehouse management (WMS). You will oversee the data flow through Loop for returns and Looker for analytics, ensuring the tech stack scales as the company moves into larger warehouse accommodation.
This is a hands-on role focused on supply chain efficiency, system stability, and proactive management of Shopify and Brightpearl.
