At Langland CTE (Clinical Trial Experience), we create campaigns that recruit and support volunteers for groundbreaking clinical trials. Drawing on specialist insight, we produce print and digital materials and organise events for patients, caregivers and HCPs that are translated and distributed around the world.
We’re looking for an Associate Director for a 10‑month fixed‑term contract to take ownership of our site engagement business, as well as support with some of our patient recruitment and retention work. You will have significant experience across a broad range of therapy areas, experience in managing teams, and great networking and relationship‑building skills from an agency background.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership for specific accounts
- Build relationships with clients
- Management of the junior team (including line management, mentoring and development)
- Defining and owning the strategy for the client
- Partnering with Project Management team to ensure delivery of projects
- Identifying opportunities for cross‑selling and growth
- Revenue forecasting and delivery
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives
